  Simple Baked Chicken -This moist, tender chicken meal is oven baked in just 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights! As versatile as it is fabulous, you can use whatever cut of chicken you have on hand, and wait until you try the cornflake breading, it adds the perfect, distinctive crunch. Try it with some fresh roasted vegetables.Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Main Ingredient: Chicken thigh, breast or leg

Ingredients to make Simple Baked Chicken

1/2 c Flour
2 Beaten eggs
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 c Crushed cornflakes
6 Chicken legs or thighs or breasts

Directions to make Simple Baked Chicken

Step 1:Dip chicken pieces in flour then beaten eggs and then in crumb mixture.
Step 2:Bake chicken in hot oven 425 F about 25 minutes.
