breaded-chicken-breastThis healthy baked chicken recipe, is made lean chicken breast, and flavorful fresh Basil. Sprinkled with bread crumbs and Italian parmesan cheese, this healthy chicken is also quick and easy!

Ingredients To Make Basil Baked Chicken Breast Recipe:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 8 (2.5 lbs)
Low-fat yogurt - 3/4 cup
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Fresh basil - 1/2
Grated parmesan cheese - 2 tbsps

Preheat oven to 375.

Place the chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish.

Mix lowfat yogurt, basil and starch. Then spread over the chicken.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Bake the chicken at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Until the chicken is cooked.
